You know your trade. My job is making sure your business tools keep up, without wasting your time.

- What I do: connect tools that don’t talk to each other, restart the ones sitting idle, build custom ones when nothing off the shelf fits, write down how the work gets done, and train teams, with training that stays available after the engagement ends.
- What I don’t do: sell licences, or disappear behind someone else. When part of the job is outside what I do, I tell you, and we find the right person. I can supervise their work if you’d rather not coordinate it yourself.
Three services
Three services, in the order I do them with every client. First the real numbers, then operations that hold up, and only after that, what your clients get to see. Going online before your prices are right is working backwards.

I train your team, and the training stays. It doesn’t leave with me: it stays available after the engagement ends. The day you hire someone, they get up to speed on their own, without bothering you and without calling me back.
While we work together
We start small. One problem at a time, not a complete overhaul. You buy a block of hours, we tackle what hurts most, and you see the result before going any further.
You only pay for the work done. Billed by the quarter hour. No flat fee running while nothing moves.
We map the road together. Nobody knows your business better than you do. I come in with 25 years of operations in all kinds of businesses, and with the questions you’ve stopped asking, the ones that went invisible from being obvious. You come in with what you know. That’s where the right solution comes from.
And I stay in the car. When the road changes partway through (and it always does), I don’t leave you with a half-built system. I stay until it works.
