I’m a hands-on guy. I come to your business. My name is François Paradis, founder of FP Service. I set foot in your place, I listen before I suggest anything, and I stay until it works. Then I train you so you don’t need me anymore.
I’ve never been the pure technician or the pure manager. I’m the bridge between the two: I understand what your team deals with on the floor, and I turn it into decisions you can make.

That’s exactly who I work with: businesses where the owner makes the calls, where nobody’s actual job is looking after the tools, and where those tools have piled up over the years. The firms that do this kind of work go after much bigger companies. You need someone who comes to you and speaks your language.
How far do you travel?
I’m based in Boucherville and I travel across Greater Montreal and Montérégie. Elsewhere in Quebec, we often work remotely.
How long before I see results?
We start with whatever is costing you the most, and you see the result before deciding what comes next. You set the pace: a few hours a week if that’s what suits you.
