We talk for 30 minutes. You walk me through your situation: what eats up your time, what you end up doing three times, what keeps you from taking a day off. I ask questions.
I tell you honestly what I think. If your problem can be fixed with an adjustment you can make yourself, I’ll tell you. If it’s bigger, we look together at what the work could look like.
You decide. No follow-up calls, no pressure.
