Cookie policy
Last updated: September 30, 2026
A cookie is a small file your browser keeps for a website. This site uses very few, and only one depends on your consent.
What runs without your consent
Only what the site needs to work.
| Name | What it’s for | Duration |
|---|---|---|
fp_consentement |
Remembers your cookie choice, so you aren’t asked again on every page | 6 months |
The site also remembers, in your browser only, whether you picked the light or the dark version. That isn’t a cookie, and none of it is sent to me.
What waits for your consent
| Name | What it’s for | Duration |
|---|---|---|
_ga and _ga_… |
Measures the site’s audience with Google Analytics: which pages get read and which don’t, and where visits come from | Up to 2 years |
These cookies are set by Google. Google then receives information about your visit (pages viewed, type of device, approximate region), and that information may be processed in the United States. I use it to improve the site instead of guessing.
They stay off until you accept. If you decline, the site works exactly the same way.
What the site doesn’t use
No advertising tools, no social media pixels.
Changing your mind
The “Manage my cookies” link, at the bottom of every page, brings the choice back up. If you withdraw your consent, Google’s cookies are deleted from your browser.
You can also delete cookies from your browser settings.
